LEAD: The Federal Trade Commission has ruled that the B. F. Goodrich Company's acquisition of the Diamond Shamrock Plastics Corporation in 1981 breached antitrust rules and ordered Goodrich to sell a chemical plant in La Porte, Tex. The plant manufactures vinyl chloride monomer, which is used to produce such plastic goods as irrigation pipes and phonograph records.

LEAD: The Doskocil Companies has purchased an 8.57 percent stake in the Wilson Foods Corporation. Doskocil, based in South Hutchinson, Kan., said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that it might offer to acquire the Oklahoma City-based meat products concern, which has 10.1 million shares outstanding.

LEAD: The Ford Motor Company will begin exporting its Lincoln Continental and Mercury Sable models to South Korea this spring, the company said. A Ford spokeswoman, Pam Kueber, said the initial volumes would be small, in part because South Korea's import duties would raise the cars' retail prices to about three times those in America, which are about about $28,000 for the Continental and $15,000 for the Sable.

LEAD: A new judge assigned to the computer chip copyright dispute between the Intel Corporation and the NEC Corporation denied motions for summary judgments from both sides. Judge William P. Gray of the Federal District Court in Los Angeles inherited the case after Judge William A. Ingram of the District Court in San Jose disqualified himself in December and nullified a decision he had made.

LEAD: Shares of American Standard Inc. rose 87.5 cents in heavy trading on the New York Stock Exchange yesterday to close at $76.75, after Kelso & Company said that it might increase its $78-a-share agreement to acquire the company. But Kelso, a Manhattan investment firm, said that it would not decide before March 31, the day before an offer of $77 a share from the Black & Decker Corporation is due to expire.
