former Ariz Atty Gen Neal Roberts, in deposition made public on July 8, asserts that close assoc of prominent Ariz landowner spoke of 'old-style Western justice' before slaying of Arizona Republic reporter Don Bolles; deposition was taken June 15 in int by Phoenix detectives with Roberts; Roberts has also told police he arranged charter flight to Lake Havasu City for John H Adamson, who is charged with bombing Bolles's car, shortly after bombing; deposition is made public by Roberts to prove that prosecutors promised him limited immunity on case on June 13; makes number of charges against contractor Max Dunlap and rancher Kemper Marley (M)
